Technology transfer
Technology transfer embraces the whole spectrum of complex and ambiguous issues that have to do with implementation of new developments and technologies into production and business, with the process of technology sales and transfer to the customer, with ownership rights on developments, assessment and protection of intellectual property.
The "Kharkov Technologies" Center renders assistance in solution of problems of entrepreneurs and scientists that are engaged in innovation activity, when transferring or acquiring technologies.
The Center provides consultancy support on the following issues:
- technical and patent appraisal;
- assessment of urgency and potential of a technology;
- marketing research;
- compatibility with the existing industrial infrastructure;
- search for investors and customers;
- technology pricing;
- technology transfer schemes, etc.
